PA Housing: Housing Association
The site is being developed by PA Housing who are a registered provider of social housing offering more than 23,000 homes across the Midlands, London and the South East with a range of housing solutions from affordable rent, independent living and shared ownership for those in need. PA Housing will own and manage the new homes and be the landlord of the new residents. PA Housing was formed by the amalgamation of Paragon Community Housing and asra Housing Association, which was the largest Black and Minority Ethnic housing association in the UK. It continues to be a prominent provider of housing services and will be at the forefront of equality and diversity within the housing sector

Gort Scott: Architects
The principal architects are Gort Scott. Founded in 2007 by Jay Gort and Fiona Scott, Gort Scott is an architecture and urban design practice with a focus on how buildings and places create the setting for connections between people.

Maccreanor Lavington: Architects
Additional architectural work by Maccreanor Lavington who have considerable experience with many types of building: homes and housing of every kind; schools and community buildings; workspace; shops and evermore ambitious high-density-mixed-use-city-buildings.

Stantec: Planning Consultants
The Planning Consultants are Stantec. With over 1,700 people working in integrated regional teams across the UK, we plan, design, deliver and manage the development and infrastructure needed to support the creation of sustainable, healthy and prosperous communities.

Your Shout: Consultation
Your Shout. Your Shout undertakes professional community consultation for the built environment. We work for developers, local authorities and other clients who wish to contact, consult and listen to people in a specific community, neighbourhood or area.

Turkington Martin: Landscape Consultants
Turkington Martin. Their work is focussed on the creation of healthy and inclusive environments which support social, cultural and economic well-being and is informed by an understanding of the way in which people use and enjoy outdoor space.
